I have been a Registered Nurse for the past 16 years and have worked in a variety of units and specialties which include medical, surgical nursing, ICU, heart cath lab, telemetry, and cardiovascular ICU. I would love to help you achieve your health and wellness goals as a your group fitness boot camp instructor, as your certified RN health coach or a combination of both. I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 22 years and we have 4 beautiful daughters. I have a passion for fitness and wellness, for healthy foods prepared deliciously, for children, for spending time with my family, for reading, learning, exploring, traveling, and just for loving life in general! I look forward to partnering with you to meet your goals.
